- momentary confusion
- inability to recall b4 or after injury
- rapidly asking what happened
- milk - moderate irritability
- persistent vomiting
- restlessness

- inability to answer questions

- unequal facial movements
- ringing in ears
- rigidity of all limbs
- loss of balance
- high BP with slow pulse ( ICP)

- a blood clot [ thrombus ] block an artery
- a blood clot from elsewhere [embolus] lodges in an artery
- or when an artery is compressed

- mouth will not open or close

- difficulty swallowing
- missing/ loose teeth

- distortion of facial features
- numbness of pain
- bruising and swelling

- limited jaw motion
- double vision
- asymmetry of bones in face

- deformity of skull or face
- pain/ swelling
- unusual pupil size/ one eye sunken
- clear / pinkish fluids dripping from nose/mouth
- purplish bruising around eyes
