Haemodynamic Monitoring Flashcards

1
Q

What is haemodynamic monitoring?

A
  • Assessment of circulating blood volume, cardiac function, response to treatment and tissue perfusion
  • Used to evaluate response to treatment
  • Aids detection of lie-threatening arrhythmias
