socrates framework for most qs

A

1 - onset
2 - character - frank blood or small amount of colouration? at the start, end or whole stream? (throughout = bladder or above, start = urethra, end = prostate or bladder base)
3 - associated pain? (painless is common of bladder cancer)
4 - urgency and frequency - infection
5 - hesitancy or poor stream or dribbling?
6 - just once or regular. ever happened before?
