long term effects: dec libido and sperm count in men and galactorrhea
PUD - dose 2x day until healed 1x day at bedtime
limit foods and meds that inc risk of bleeding
call HCO if GI bleed is suspected
inc fluid and fiber prevent constipation
take full medication treatment as prescribed
