Definition of bullying?
Bullying is a distinct type of aggression characterised by abuse of power (Smith & Sharp, 1994)
What are the components of bullying?
Intentional and systematic- intention to inflict comfort and pain
persistent- repeated abuses that exerts fear
asymmetrical- there is an unbalanced relation between bully and victim.
