Roles- Group members- question each others roles and compete for status
Goals- May start to have a shared goal
- Norming
Leader- Now respected; takes a step back and encourages group to take full responsibility for decision making
Specific- Group starts to get on/ may socialise outside
Roles/ goals- Roles now accepted by group; Group members- recognise the need for a common goal and members begin to work together;
- Performing
Leader- Steps back completely from the group
Specific- Disagreements resolved between group members; group take full responsibility for decision making
