what is the national convention?
where delegates pick their presidential and VP candidates
what is the district plan?
each district would choose one elector(delegate) and 2 electors would be chosen based on the popular vote in a state.
what is the proportional plan?
each candidate would get a proportionate amount of electors based on how many votes they got in the popular vote.
