What is a Positive Kehr’s Sign?
Pain felt in the left shoulder with elevation of the legs. Secondary to fluid, air, blood in the abdominal cavity.
(Kehr’s sign in the left shoulder is considered a classic symptom of a ruptured spleen.)
What is the main cause of a Hiatal Hernia?
Weak Diaphragm, usually will require surgical correction
