  • Carb: regulates blood sugar
  • Protein: Dietary proteins -> a.a, synthesizes plasma proteins and ammonia -> urea
  • Lipid: Bile, processing fatty acids/ triglycerides, synthesizes lipoproteins, cholestrol and phospholipids.
