A

A collision plate boundary is where two continental plates collide and fold upwards. An example of this is the Alps.

A

A constructive plate boundary is where two plates are pulling apart from each other. As they pull apart, magma rises to the surface to fill the gap. A volcano forms.

A destructive plate boundary is where a continental plate and an oceanic plate collide. The thinner, more dense oceanic plates sink beneath the continental plate and is melted.

A conservative plate boundary is where 2 continental plates move past each other and get stuck at certain points. After they slide, the pressure that was built up gets released causing an earthquake.
