as there are more female teachers it means that the learning enviroment is feminised and encourages girls to see school as a female gender domain.

boys dominate class discussions whereas girls listen and cooperating. teachers respond to girls more positively.

teachers paid boys and girls the similar amount of attention. boys recieve more as they get disciplined

what is the result of marketisation policies?
led to increased competition between schools. this makes schools want to recruit more able students. the girls are more sucessfull so they are seen as more able
