Bei der körperlichen Unterschuchung zeigten sich neue Petechien im Bereich des Unterschenkel bds. sowie ödematösgeschwollene Hände

Die Wundfäden wurden noch nicht entfernt

Wir nahmen die Patientin/der Patient zur weiteren Versorgung stationär auf

Zur Ausschluss eine AVK erfolgte eine Duplexsonographie, welche o.g. Befund ergab

In der umgehend durchgeführten Duplexsonografie der Beinarterien bestand der Verdacht aif ein Poplitealaneurysma links/rechts als Ursache der BEschwerden
In the immediately performed duplex sonography of the leg arteries, the suspicion aif a left/right poplitealaneurysm as the cause of the complaints
Daraufhin erfolgte eine CT-Angiografie, bei der sich teilthrombosierte Poplitealaneurzsmata beidseits fanden
This was followed by a CT angiography, in which partially thrombosed popliteal aneurysms were found on both sides
Bei symptomatischem Poplitealaneurysma links/rechts bestand die Indikation zur Aneurysmaausschaltung
In the case of symptomatic left/right popliteal aneurysms, aneurysm repair was indicated
Postoperativ befand sich der Patient/die Patientin allzeit im stabilen Allgemeinzustand bei unauffälliger Leistenwunde

Der Kostaufbau und die Mobilisation konnten zeitgerecht gesteigert werden und wurden vom Patienten/vor Patientin gut toleriert
The diet and mobilization could be increased in a timely manner and were well tolerated by the patient
