A

What a person looks like: determined by genotype and environment - description (e.g tall, brown hair)

Define dominant

A

The allele that will always be expressed if it is present in the genotype (only needs to be inherited by one parent)

A

The allele that will only be expressed if an individual is homozygous for it (e.g has two copies of the allele). this has to be inherited from both parents.
