The amount of air left in the lungs after a maximal exhalation

Weight training, training that uses a resistance or force against which specific muscle groups must work

The amount of heart beats per minute when the body is at rest

The loss of fitness once you stop training due to stopping training or injury
RICE
A method for treating bruises and soft tissue injuries, rest, ice, compression, elevation
