In some children the abdominal pain predominates

Vomiting

Personal or family history of migraines

Describe the time course
A
Long periods of no symptoms (often weeks) then a shorter period of non specific abdominal pain and pallor, with or without vomiting (12-48 hours)

How is it treated?
A
Anti migraine medication
