- epigastric pain on previous history of reflux/peptic ulcer disease

A
Endoscopy
- allows for tissue diagnosis + histology
CT as supplement
- determine stage and metastases

Treatment of gastric cancer?
A
Surgery (partial/total gastrectomy, may take some lymph nodes/fatty tissue as well if high risk of mets)

A
30-40% for all stages
