Can other nurses or healthcare professionals have access to the client’s records?
Yes, ONLY if there is a legitimate reason (ex. DATA GATHERING, RESEARCH, CONTINUING EDUCATION)
However, APPROPRIATE AUTHORIZATION must be obtained according to agency policy
