  • Positive functional signs
  • Absence of signs of disease
  • Eye movements: convergence spasm
  • Tremor: disappears with distraction, entrainment
  • Paralysis:

- Leg dragged, hip internally/ externally rotated

- “Give way weakness”

- Inverted pyramidal weakness (Extensors vs Flexors)

• “Fixed” dystonia, complex regional pain after minor injury
