What does a FUEL CONFIG light mean?
- Lateral imbalance between the main tanks
- Low fuel in either main tank
- Fuel in center tanks with center tank pump switches selected OFF
What does a fuel jettison FAULT light mean?
Transfer valves disagree with jettison position switch.
Which fuel tanks are consumed first, how?
The center tank fuel boost pumps override main tank pumps so that center tank fuel is used first with all fuel boost pump switches ON.
What rate can fuel be jettisoned?
Approx 1300lb/min from the center tank only.
What does an illuminated fuel pump PRESS light mean?
- Pump output pressure is low
- Center tank pump press lights illuminate with associated N2 below 50% with pump switch on (load shed)
Is the fuel jettison system inhibited on the ground?
No.
Where are the indications of Fuel Quantity and Fuel Temp displayed?
On the overhead panel.
