Minimum fuel for take-off: Enroute burn + (most distant) GA/alternate burn + holding fuel + reserve fuel
Contingency fuel
30 minutes at planned landing weight and 1500’ above the destination airport
Go around/alternate fuel
700 lb go around fuel. Alternate too? Alternate burn + GA fuel
Reserve fuel
Never less than 2450 lb. Calculated at TOD fuel flow, 45 minutes @ 15,000 ft and 250 knots.
Gate fuel
Landing fuel minus taxi-in fuel. Convenient when round-tripping fuel.
Release fuel
MINTO + taxi-out + contingency fuel
Enroute; what to notify dispatcher of?
ETA exceeded by 15 minutes, cruise altitude varies by 4000’ from flight plan, plane exceeds 100 miles from flight planned route, entering holding
Considerations when refueling/defueling with passengers onboard and MCD closed: (5)
Communication between fueling contractor and PIC, PIC notifies FAs prior to and at end of fueling, areas outside of emergency exits remain unobstructed, emergency exits remain ARMED, aircraft rescue and firefighting services must be notified and be on standby with at least one vehicle

2250 lb; declare when landing with less than 45 minutes at 1500’ AFE, green dot, clean
Emergency fuel
1500 lb; declare when landing less than 30 minutes at 1500’ AFE, green dot, clean.
