Great, so you are willing to pay the buyer’s agent commission. In that case, it sounds like you are looking to save the listing agent’s portion of the commission then, right?

Absolutely, and I’m sure that you can do it again. I’m just wondering __________, what’s more important to you, to sell it yourself or to net the most money?

If it did turn out that I can actually net you more money, even after my commission is paid, especially in today’s market, wouldn’t that be worth just 20 minutes of your time, so you can be sure that you don’t leave any money on the table?

What would be the best time for me to stop by, 3 or 4 today?
