I don’t care… even if you don’t list this house with me, if you are going to sell it at any point in the future, it is critically important that you look at the different marketing approaches so you don’t get burned again, because you don’t want to put it back on the market to not have it sell, right?
There are 2 approaches to selling houses, an agent can put it in MLS, put it on the internet and pray that it will sell, which is what 99% of agents do. Or you can hire an agent that will go out and find a buyer for your house, which is what I do. That is what you’d expect your agent to do for you, isn’t it?
