—cribriform plate –> olfactory nerve, bulb–> MENINGES, BRAIN –> vascular congestion, purulent exudate (CSF: amebas, blood, PMNs)
or –>amelomas (solid mass of amebomas)
SX: sudden fever, N+V, headache
