Describe the Tiramisu.
Eggs cooked with marsala wine and sugar, then mixed with mascarpone cheese and whipped cream. This mixture is then folded into lady finger cookies that have been lightly soaked in espresso. Topped with cocoa powder.

Describe the Pavlova.
Pavlova is a meringue based “cake” named after the ballerina Anna Pavlova. Made from whipped egg whites, sugar and lemon juice. It is slowly cooked allowing the whites to get almost crispy but have a marshmallow-like center. Topped with a white chocolate mousse (white chocolate, egg yolks, sugar, heavy cream), tres-leches ice cream ( cream, milk, sweet condensed milk, egg yolk and vanilla), and a passion fruit coulis (passionfruit puree, sugar and water.)

Describe the NEW Chocolate Torta?
Milk Chocolate Mousse (Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, butter and gelatin), placed into a tart shell (butter, flour, egg, sugar, salt.) that has salted caramel (sugar, butter) on the bottom. Topped with whipped cream.

Describe the sorbet.
Two scoops of house-made mango and pineapple sorbet (mango puree, fresh pineapple, sugar, lemon juice - No dairy and no eggs, this is vegan). Served with a fresh salad of mango, papaya, kiwi and basil.
