Sweet Vermouth
Drapo Rosso, Cocchi di Torino, Carpano Antica, Martini Rosso. Reddish-brown in color, sweetened with sugar, and most commonly from Italy. Sweet vermouth originated in Piemonte, Italy
Dry Vermouth
Imbue Dry, Dolin Dry, Martini dry. Straw-colored, typically more bitter, and most commonly from France. Dry vermouth originated in the ethnically French savoy regions (old Sardinian empire)
Bianco Vermouth
Mulassano Bianco, Del professore Bianco, Dolin Blanc, Bordiga Bianco. Similar to dry vermouth, but sweeter, and with botanicals like vanilla flower and orris, which give sweet vanilla and violet notes
Cocchi Rosa
Dryer style bianco vermouth with bitter citrus and chocolate notes, and reddish pink hue.
Cocchi Americano
Dryer style bianco vermouth with brighter citrus tones
Salers Aperitif
Bitter Gentian aperitif, used as an herbaceous bitters that complements citrus
Suze
French bitter Gentian aperitif. Yellow color. Dry and bitter with hints of pomelo and perfume-y citrus.
