Organisms who make their own food they are also known as producers

Organisms that depend on other organisms to maintain their food they are also known as consumers

autotrophs that get their energy from inorganic substances such as salt

scavengers/detritivores , Herbivores, Carnivores, Omnivores , decomposers

Feed on the tissue if dead organisms (both animals and plants)

organisms that only eat plants

organisms that only eat meat

Absorb any dead material and break it down into simple nutrients or fertilizers
