usually bacterial and fungal
infection of the hair follicles-usually looks like tons of small spots

Treatment of folliculitis
A
1st line Steroid and Abx, and antibacterial wipe
erradicate nasal carriage of nasal carriage
severe-systemic macrolides/tetracycline
