A patient stops eating, and looses dangerous amount of nutrients and body mass.
Signs could be they no longer eat with you or in public, or when they do they eat tiny bites to make it look good.
They think that they are fat
Isolate themselves
Obsess over calories

Girls seem to be growing faster than boys both physically and mentally.
Boys are extremely active and feel like the girls should also be extremely active.
Boys are not self conscious of their own body.
Friends become very important
Girls start to develop in the sex organs.
They begin to like the opposite sex.
Arthritis
A part of normal aging. Mostly osteoarthritis is the wear of cartilage from use over the years. A part of the skeletal system in aging.
However it is not normal to have to replace a joint.
