A

Measure out a 30M track, then have a person start the race and time how quickly they finish from a standstill start or a running start. The faster their time the higher their speed is. You can do it as a equation S= D/T.

A

Firstly the participant must use the slider and put it to their maximum reach. You can do a running start or a stand still start either way they are separate tests. Wherever the participant hits on the slider in inches or centimetres is how high their vertical jump is.

Use a sit and reach box and sit on your bum with ur legs straight flat outwards onto the box. Next push a ruler as far as you can if u can push the ruler its a positive score if you can’t its a negative score measured in cm.

A

1 This test is 10 metres long and in total you will run 60 metres.
2 You start lying down on your front. You then sprint and weave in and out of the cones.
