stroke test grading
0: no effusion at all
trace: slight effusion comes back to medial side after lateral downward stroke
1+: large wave returns after lateral downward stroke
2+: effusion spontaneously returns to medial side after medial upward stroke
3+; so much effusion, impossible to leave the medial side with any strokes
Salter Harris Classifications
1: “s” : separation in the physis
2: “A” : above: through the metaphysis and physis
3: “L” : lower, through the epiphysis and physis
4: “T : Through both metaphysis and epiphysis and physis
5: “ER”: erasure, crush
