How do you view a field from another TABLE OCCURRENCE on the CURRENT LAYOUT?
LAYOUT MODE: FIELD TOOL: PUT NEW FIELD IN CURRENT LAYOUT: Choose a field from another table from the TABLE OCCURRENCE POP UP MENU, click OK.

It is a LAYOUT OBJECT that makes VIEWING, EDITING, and EVEN DELETING MULTIPLE RELATED RECORDS POSSIBLE.
- What does a PORTAL show?
it shows a LIST OF RECORDS FROM A RELATED TABLE right on the LAYOUT.
- How many ROWS (RECORDS) can a PORTAL show?
as many as you want, you even have the option of adding a SCROLL BAR.
- When you add a PORTAL to your layout, you get to decide:
