Describe the FIGO staging for endometrial cancer?
A
- I = uterus
- II = uterus + cervix
- III = adnexa
- IV = distant metastasis/bladder/bowel

Describe the FIGO staging for ovarian cancer?
A
- I = limited to ovaries
- II = pelvic extension (i.e. uterus)
- III = abdominal extension (extra-pelvic)
- IV = distant metastasis

Describe the FIGO staging for cervical cancer?
A
- I = cervix
- II = invade beyond cervix, not into pelvic wall or lower 1/3 of vagina
- III = extend to pelvic wall ± lower 1/3 of vagina ± hydronephrosis
- IV = extend beyond pelvis + involves mucosa of bladder or rectum
