What is the management of cord prolapse?
A
- Prevent further cord compression = VE
- Reduce pressure on cord - elevate presenting part or fill the bladder
- Tocolytics

-
Maternal position
- All fours
- Knee to chest position - baby will ‘fall’ back into the uterus

Deliver ASAP
