Ovulation failure
Usually around the time of menopause
Could progress to endometrial carcinoma
What is endometrial Adenocarcinoma?
Most common of the female genitalia tract
2 types (leiomyomas and leiomyoscarcomas )
Treat early you can cure
Top left = normal
Top right = endometrial hyperplasia ( can lead to carcinoma)
Bottom = hyperplasia with atypia

Begin tumor of the smooth muscles of uterus
SUPER BEGIN tumor
What is the most common tumor in the ovaries?
They come from the surface epithelial cells

water ballon in the falopian tubes

Like water ballon but inside you have cauliflower
Top left could be borderline cancer 15%
Bottom right is ugly and is cancer 25%

Teratomas - have all 3 layers
Endoderm, ectoderm and mesoderm
Are teratomas maligant or begin?
Women mainly begin
Men germ cells usually maligant
Left - teratoma with a sabeceus gland
Right teratoma with a brain
