The failure to ovulate (release an egg from the ovary) dur to endocrine gland failure
What causes a failure to ovulate?
An endocrine gland failure

The pituitary gland
What happens if the pituitary gland fails to produce FSH or LD or produces too much of either hormone?
The eggs may not be produced or released by the ovaries
