Positive?
After a correct performance, essential for motivation.
Negative?
After an incorrect performance, allows them to correct the movement by telling them how.
Why do beginners need a lot more positive feedback than experts?
As they may be demotivated by negative feedback.

Focuses on the outcome e.g. whether the ball went in the goal, what score you achieved, how quickly you ran 100M.
