One off
<15 minutes
Generalised - 4 limbs

Recurs in 24 hours or same illness
> 15 minutes or is focal
Signs of underlying infection

A

30% will happen again especially if younger

Unwrap 
Turn heat down 
Don't make them cold
Recovery position 
Remove dummy from mouth 

Paracetamol/ibuprofen
