Equivocation
Deliberately using a word to confuse the audience.
Red herring
Throw someone off by distracting with irrelevance. Smokescreen/whataboutism looks alike, but here a conclusion is drawn from a premise that is irrelavant.
Slippery slope
Arguer wrongly assumes that consequences will follow and therefore deny the argument
Straw target
Ignoring opponents real position and sets up weaker version by misrepresentation
False dilemma
Listing fewer alternatives than actually available. If you do not support bush you support the terrorist.
Begging the question
Answering an abbreviation request for a premise with the already provided (unfustified) conclusion. I’m the leader so I should get the largest share. Why are you the leader? I’m getting the largest share so I must be
