overconsumption of fat increases the risk of weight gain which increases the risk of obesity and being overweight. With more cells in the body this increases the risk of cell mutation, increasing the risk of developing cancer, and contributing to morbidity in Australia
cardiovascular disease
overconsumption of fat increases the risk of weight gain, increasing the risk of obesity, increasing the risk of cardiovascular diseases (heart attack and stroke), increasing the risk of premature death, contributing to lower life expectancy in Australia
