Must identify hazards in the workplace that could cause fatigue, asses the risk, eliminate or reduce the risk.

A shared responsibility between employer and employees to manage work related causes of fatigue and provide employees with the opportunity to have sufficient sleep.

Impaired level of cognitive and physical ability, leading to decrease in performance due to extreme tiredness and exhaustion.
