Why would you perform dorsal wall resection?
A
- To relief pressure on the hoof from the dorsal aspect due to fluid in the under the hoof capsule
- If not relieved - pressure from fluid pushes P3 down towards the sole

What should be done with chronic laminitis?
A
- Regular farriery = improve foot balance
