Hung Start Indications
A
- Rpm Stabilizes below 52% (fails to accelerate from 45% to IDLE)
- EGT continues to rise toward starting limit of 550*C

Hot Start Indications
A
- EGT exceeds 550*C (for 20 seconds)
- Rapid rate of rising EGT
- Possible excessive fuel flow

Wet Start Indications
A
- Engine fails to light off within 15 seconds of moving throttle to idle
- Plane captain signals wet start (points to engine with plugged nose)

Bleed valve failure indications (after start and on TO)

After Start
- RPM does not approx increase 3%
- EGT does not decrease approx 50*C

- Bleed valve failure
