To isolate DNA from a plant tissue
A
Add salt and washing up liquid
Chop kiwi
Add kiwi to a beaker and put in salt and washing up mixture
Add to water bath of 60 degrees for 15 minutes
Then cool the mixture
Filture mixture into test tube
Add protease
Then add freezing cold ethanol along side of test tube
And then dna is visible
Draw dna from solution by a rod
