just click on the top row for example on letter A and insert it there

press in the middle of the column letters to lengthen the width.
To do it quicker select all columns and double click between the letters.
how to update figures in a whole column
use find + replace, going to the home tab in the editing group click on the magnifying glass click on the arrow on it, click on find and replace and enter the figures

how to move content of the cell to another column
select the cell then then using the edges of the cell drag it along

the asterisk represents multiplication symbol
