inferior gluteal nerve
produces weakened hip extension; patient has difficulty rising from sitting position or climbing stairs
femoral nerve
induces weakened hip flexion; loss of extols of the knee. sensory loss occurs on the anterior thigh, medial leg, and foot
obturator nerve
causes loss of adduction of the thigh as well as sensory loss on medial thigh
sciatic nerve
weakened extension of thigh and flexion of knee, loss of all motor functions below knee, sensory loss in all leg and foot, except medial side (saphenous)
tibial nerve
weakened flexion of knee, loss of planar flexion of foot and flexion of toes, weakened inversion of foot, sensory loss on part of leg and plantar aspect of foot
common fibular nerve
loss of dorsiflexion of foot ankle, loss of eversion of foot, loss of extols of toes and weakened inversion of foot, sensory loss in lower anterolateral leg and dorsum of foot
