Slightly bolder, nutty style in between Fino Oloroso.

A richer style than Fino or amontillado with roasted flavours of coffee and molasses

Pedro Ximénez is the sweetest style having upward of 600g/L RS.

An aromatic style made with Muscat of Alexandria featuring caramel flavours.

The most affordable style is typically made by blending P.X with oloroso. Wines are labeled by sweetness level
