Q

The difference between the two Manoir du Kinkiz?

A

Both made sustainable.

Cornouaille (Dry) occupies the southern fork of Brittany’s peninsula. The name Cornouaille comes from the Celtic tribe, Cornovii (from Cornwall), which translates to “the peninsula people”.Cornouaille AOP cider has a deep golden color, and is very aromatic. It is rich, mildly bitter-sweet, and leaves the mouth pleasantly refreshed.

Kinkiz’s Fouesnant (Semi Dry) cider is assembled from old apple varieties, all harvested by hand. Pressing is done only when the fruit is at its peak ripeness. Persistent flavours of freshly cut apple, complemented by notes of butter, and hazelnut. Handmade and patiently crafted, with notes of fresh apple, hazelnut, and a whisper of funk
