A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown on a mix of grey gravelly loams over clay & red loam over gravel. Vinified in a blend of small oak, large oak & stainless steel & given full malo with a minimum of two years on lees & one year on cork pre-release. Fruit-pure & intense. Rich & complex.

TERRASON ALIGOTÉ PÉT NAT taste like?
Made from 100% Aligoté, macerated on skins for 48 hours. Lemon peel, grapefruit pith, and a chalky texture from the Aligoté’s brief stint on skins. This is a touch more complex and savoury than the Gamay Pét Nat, and is well suited to drinking alongside some goats cheese and nibbles.

This is a fruit cup of a pét-nat, all sorts of floral aromatics, tart fruit, and loganberries.
