How far does the study deal with the whole and not just parts?

How do people differ from each other? (e.g. by personality, experience, nature, nurture)
Internal Validity
How far do participants believe in the situation?
Limited Application
How far are the findings limited? (e.g. by gender, culture)
Methodology
Are there any issues with the methodology? Use of control?
Qualitative Data
Non-numerical data. Words, open responses etc.
Quantitative Data
Numerical data. Numbers, scales, closed responses etc.
Reductionist
How far are the results explained by a single factor?
Reliability
Can the study be repeated? How consistent is the measuring device?
Sample
Sampling device? Size and makeup?
Situational Factors
How far are the results affected by the situation?
Temporal Validity
Is a study only applicable to the time it was carried out?
Usefulness
Are the findings useful? Do they create a starting point?
