Definition: participants have the right to control their own information.
Confidentiality
Definition: participants can withdraw at anytime without pressure or punishment.

Definition: once no longer required participants are explained the full aim, any deceptions, how the data will be used and relevant support
Debrief
Definition: all researchers are obliged to protect their participants, preserve dignity and rights.
